Owen ‘O’ Williams is from Cardiff. He’s the founder of Perfect Angel Press. One of his contributions to PEFECT ANGEL 1 – The OMG Penguin – was included in the Desperate Literature Short Fiction Prize. He’s the singer of The Tubs, and plays in the bands Sniffany & The Nits, Garden Centre and Ex-Vöid. He currently lives in London.
